SHIPPING POLICY

All Print orders will be shipped within 6-8 days of receiving the order from Geraldton, Western Australia. All Textile orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 days of recieving the order from Geraldton, W.A.

Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery when ordering custom made textiles that are not in stock.

 

Within Australia

Items up to 105 cm in length will be delivered to your door by Australia Post. Larger Items will be shipped via your choice of a domestic courier service and will be paid for by the customer.

International Shipping

All artwork is shipped overseas via Australia Post Air mail or Sea mail parcel service.

PACKAGING

Unmounted canvas paintings and prints up to 105cm in length are wrapped in tissue and shipped in a postage tube via Australia Post. Stretched canvas paintings and prints are packaged in bubble wrap and in a cardboard box.

All care is taken to minimise the possibility of damage.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you have received your order in excellent condition and absolutely love it!

Due to the bespoke nature of handmade textile items, variations will occur in the design layout of each item. The zipper pulls used on the pouches are individually crafted and may be different from the item pictured.

​

Please remember that you have been viewing the product you purchased on a screen therefore the colours can appear a bit different to the actual item. We cannot guarantee the colour will match what you view on your digital format. If you are located in the Geraldton area in Western Australia, you are welcome to view the item at the studio by appointment.


We are able to replace or repair an item if there is a manufacturer’s defect in the product. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase and show us what is happening. You can email us at info@janeenhorneart.com.au.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
 

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept credit card payments via our website. If you prefer to pay on invoice and have the goods shipped after payment has been received, please get in touch.
