In this intuative Acrylic painting Janeen has captured the softness of nature by introducing a pastel palette with bursts of Magenta, Salmon, Ochre and shades of green. Layering was built up by hand pressing painted Grevillea leaves, Banksia leaves, Red river gum leaves and lino cut Grevillea flowers onto the canvas followed by over painting using a dusky pink.
