The leaning trees are symbolic of the Midwest region. They show strength, resilience and an ability to survive while bending in the southerly breeze. The wind plays a huge part in our lives here as it swirls around picking up leaves in its vortex while the earth rotates around the sun. We are blessed to be able to enjoy the clearest of blue skies and the everchanging moods of the indian ocean on our door step.
